Do you need experience?
Not at all. You start from scratch, with simple instructions. The important thing is to do it carefully, not perfectly.
When should I practise Face Yoga?
Whenever you can, but consistently. Ideally in the morning and before bed. Five or ten minutes is enough, if you do it every day.
How soon will I see results?
It depends on the person. Some people notice a difference in the first few weeks. But there will only be changes if you practise regularly. It's best to take “before” and “after” photos if you want to compare and stay motivated.
Can Face Yoga cause wrinkles?
No, if done correctly. The right exercises, done consciously, help prevent and alleviate pain. The mistake lies in repeating movements without knowing what you are doing. It is best not to improvise.
Can I do it if I already have wrinkles or sagging skin?
You can and you should! It's not about ‘going back’, it's about taking care of yourself from today onwards. Face Yoga helps you tone up, release tension and change habits that aggravate these signs.
Do I need to be in front of the mirror?
At first, yes, to ensure you are using the correct muscles. After that, many of the exercises can be done on the sofa, in the car, or even in the shower.
Can men also do Face Yoga?
Of course they do. They have faces, muscles and tensions just like anyone else. There is no gender for self-care.
I have had Botox and/or fillers. Can I practise Face Yoga?
You can, but use your judgement. It is advisable to wait for the recommended time after the procedure and adjust your exercises. If this is your case, it is best to opt for a personalised plan.
